Route 11

Trainers:

Not satisfied with having your Virizion only at level 45? Well, guess what: if youknock it out and then return here after you've beaten the game, you'll find it at level 65 instead! Unless you plan on using Virizion from this point on, you're better off knocking it out and catching it later.

Cross the bridge to the west and fight the PKMN Breeder along the way. She uses an EmolgaL41 and an Altaria L41. There's also a PKMN Ranger just past her with a Tympole L42 and aPalpitoad L42. He gives you an Aspear Berry after beating him. The trailer nearby has a PKMN Ranger that will give you some Favored Mail.

Surf south of the nearby bridge and then to the west and you'll find a Full Heal. You'll need Waterfall to do much more exploring, though.
Alright, go ahead and cross the next bridge and then you'll spot something up on top of a cliff. It's not Alder— it's the legendary Pokemon, Virizion! It'll hop down and appear right in front of you. Whoa! Make sure you save your game before trying to fight it (if you want it on your team right away) and make sure you have enough Ultra Balls or Dusk Balls! If you don't want to fight it now, it'll wait there for you, too.

If you fail to catch it or knock it out, it'll run off and you'll have to beat the Elite Four and the Champion before it will reappear.
Patience Pays Off

Just past Virizion is a patch of grass to the north with a hidden Max Potion in the very back corner of it. Now just head through the gate and you'll arrive in your destination,Opelucid City!
