Reversal Mountain's appearance and navigation changes quite a bit depending on if you're playing Black 2 or White 2. In Black 2, it'll have a more watery appearance, while in White 2, it has a lot more in the way of, oh, you know, lava!
Reversal Mountain (White 2)
From the start, head on to the left and pick up the Max Repel there. Hey, it's free, why not. Then go back and head north and into a room.

Inside that room, you'll run into Bianca. Hey Bianca! She essentially says it's dangerous to go alone and wants to explore it along with you, so she'll tag along with you as you explore the main room here (although will leave your party if you go to the exit). She uses a MusharnaL40 to help you out (as well as a Stoutland L38 and aMienfoo L38, should the Musharna get knocked out), plus she'll heal you after every fight.
Alright, so this is a pretty big room. Head over to the east and pick up the Hyper Potion, then go back and head south instead. Over there you'll be presented with two choices: head south or head east.
Heading east takes you over to a Battle Girl, who fights you in a Triple Battle using a GurdurrL37 in the middle and then two Riolu L37 on each side. You don't get Bianca's help in this fight, but she'll be glad to heal you up afterwards. There's a hidden Elixir just to the north of the Battle Girl, while south of her takes you to another branch. Heading east takes you to TM69 (Rock Polish), which raises the user's Speed by two stages and can be handy for slower Rock-type Pokemon (as well as other types). Head back and then west, followed by north and you'll fight a Backpacker and a Hiker. If you talk to them individually, you'll fight them in Single Battles, otherwise, if you walk between them, you get to fight them in a Double Battle with Bianca. The Backpacker has a Golbat L37 and a Swanna L37, while the Hiker has a Gurdurr L37 and a Crustle L37.
If you keep going north, you'll wind up back at that first choice, so know you made the right path. Alright, now go south until you reach a bend. See how there's a shadow against the wall? It's actually the entrance to another part of the cave. Or you can keep going east.
Go inside that door and you'll reach a little room with a path going south and one going east. The one south takes you outside of Reversal Mountain and up to a cliff with two items: aSmoke Ball, which lets the bearer run from any wild Pokemon fight regardless of its Speed stat, as well as an Escape Rope right next to it. The path to the east leads to a dead end looking out over to the Strange House.
Alright, head back to where that bend was and head east instead. There's a PKMN Ranger there, and he's got a Watchog L38 and a Camerupt L38. He'll give you a Rawst Berry after beating him.
Keep going and Bianca will stop you, mentioning that you should really check out that cave thing (which I guess was what she was looking for). Before you do, though, fight the nearby Doctor. Beat his Swoobat and he'll heal your Pokemon up afterwards, as well as any time you talk to him — while that's not handy with Bianca in your party, she won't be with you forever.

Head down into the cave to the north and you'll find that it's pretty empty. Even Bianca will remark about it. She was apparently looking for the Pokemon, Heatran. It's not here now, but be sure to check back after beating the game and picking up the Magma Stone on Route 18, because you may be able to find it, then.
Go back to the Doctor and then head east. You should find yet another path that branches. Head all the way east and you'll find a hidden Red Shard in one of the rocks. Head on back, but ignore the other path to the north you see for now; instead, take the one closest to the Doctor leading north.
Taking that path to the north leads you to a Black Belt, who fights you in a Rotation Battle. He uses a Gurdurr L37 and two Scraggy L37. Head north of him and you'll find some stairs leading down, although there's also a hidden Star Piece in the nearby rock.
Down the stairs is a Flame Orb, which can be handy for any Pokemon with the Guts ability, plus further north and then west is a PKMN Ranger, who uses a Krokorok L38 and an ArcanineL38. She'll give you a Rawst Berry after beating her. There's a hidden Fire Gem in the rock in the northwest corner, but other than that, there's all there is to do down the stairs.
Go back upstairs, head north quick and then swing a left to pick up a PP Up, then head back east and you'll have yet more branches. Heading to the east and south leads you to a Hiker and a Backpacker. The Hiker has a Boldore L37 and an Excadrill L37, while the Backpacker has aGolbat L37 and a Darmanitan L37. There's a Revive right by them. Heading south just takes you back to that one part earlier (around where you found the Red Shard), so go back up to where you were, but this time go north and fight the two Ace Trainers — the boy has a VibravaL39 and a Camerupt L39, while the girl has a Grumpig L39 and a Drifblim L39.
To the left of the Ace Trainers is a path that leads over a bit with a hidden Calcium and a hidden Yellow Shard in the rock beneath it.
To the right of the Ace Trainers is another path that leads over to a Scientist, although he doesn't battle you; instead, he gives you TM54 (False Swipe), which is a useful TM if you like catching Pokemon, because it ensures you won't knock them out, keeping them at 1 HP left if they would be knocked out when you hit them with it. Just south of him is a Nugget, too, so be sure to pick that up.
Alright, keep going east and you'll find another cave door. Go inside of it, and then down some stairs. Just like that, you'll finally be at the end of Reversal Mountain! Bianca will stop you and say that right outside is Undella Town, then will ask if you're ready to leave her behind or not. Say no, and you can explore around with her some more, but otherwise say Yes and she'll stay in the mountain in search of Heatran. Cool!
Now just head outside and you'll arrive in Undella Town!
