This house is downright CREEPY. That's for sure. Various inanimate objects shake lightly as you walk through the house, plus their location even shifts around when you enter a room. It's pretty confusing at that, plus there are plenty of Psychic- and Ghost-type Pokemon to be found here.
From the start, the only place you'll be able to go is down to the basement by using the stairs in the northwest corner of the first floor.

Strange House (Basement)

Down here, you'll be in some sort of library. Hug the southern path and head over to pick up another Spell Tag. Then keep going and head north (ignore the item; you can't get it right yet) and around to the other side of the library.
Climb up the stairs down there.

Strange House (Main Room)

As you'll notice, the furniture has all shifted around. CREEPY! The furniture blocks the stairs leading up along with the whole left side of the room, but at least the door on the right side of the bottom floor is cleared now.
Go on inside and fight the Backpacker. He's got a Numel L36 and a Sigilyph L36. Curiously, there's nothing else in the room.
Leave the room and then head over to the stairs on the right side of the room. Take them up and then you'll find a ghostly character flicker in and out, talking about her Abra. CREEPY! Follow the path over and around, where you'll be able to go back down the stairs or, more importantly, enter the room that was previously inaccessible.
Inside is a Full Heal, but that's about it. Now go back down the stairs.

Strange House (Basement)

Oddly enough, a lot of the chairs down here have been rearranged. Did I mention that this place is CREEPY yet? Head up to the top-most path through the bookshelves and navigate through. You'll basically want to hug the northern wall as much as possible until you find a couch blocking your path.
From that couch, head west, then a little south, and then back east to pick up the item you missed out on earlier: the Dusk Stone, which is used to evolve Lampent into Chandelure.
Awesome, now head over to where that vertical couch was and go around to the other side of it, hugging the north wall until you reach the other side of the room. Cool. Now head up the stairs once again.

Strange House (Main Room)

You'll notice that the furniture has moved around once again, so head to the middle of the room and then head up the stairs. You'll find that ghost girl again. She'll say some stuff to herself before flickering off to the abyss once more.
Inside of that room is the key item, the Lunar Wing. After picking it up, the ghostly girl will appear again, except this time she'll be talking directly at you. She tells you a bit about the crescent moon and stuff like that, but then vanishes again. Weird. What does the Lunar Wing do? Well, you'll find out when you go to theMarvelous Bridge, although you won't be able to do that until after you've beaten the game, unfortunately.
Well that's just great. Now leave that room, go down the stairs, and then head on over to the west. Climb the stairs there and you'll have access to the previously-blocked room. There's a Psychic in there, who uses a Drifloon L36, a Spoink L36, and a Drifblim L36.
The room on the opposite side, which you can get to in a similar way (by climbing up the stairs on the east side of the main room), has a lone Rare Candy waiting for you in there. Hey, Rare Candies are cool, so might as well take it.
Anyway, that's all there is to do here, so head on back to the entrance to the Reversal Mountain!
