Undella Town
It's a nice, long walk down the beach until you get to the heart of Undella Town. You can surf across the water if you desire, but walking to the west, north, and then back east again is your most likely route to the get the town.

Keep heading east and you'll see two sets of steps — one heading west and one east. The one to the east takes you to the Pokemon Center, which you'll probably want to start with.
Inside the Pokemon Center, talk to a guy on the left side of the room and he'll give you thePrism Scale, an item that can be used to evolve Feebas into Milotic if you trade the Feebas while it is equipped. Luxury and Dive Balls are also for sale here by talking to the bottom shopkeeper.
Exit the Pokemon Center and climb the steps over to the west. Talk to the lady staring off into the ocean and she'll give you the important HM06 (Dive), which will allow you to dive off the coast of Undella Bay to the east.
The house right to the north of her has a familiar face inside. Be attentive when you enter! It's Cynthia from the Sinnoh region! A revamped version of her music will play as soon as you go inside. After some dialogue, she'll ask you if you want to battle her. Unless you think you can handle strong level 75 - 77 Pokemon, you should say no! She'll leave you be if you say no, but she'll be available to battle if you talk to her later.

Her Pokemon are all very high-level, but on top of that, they all have great attacks and wonderful stats. Her Garchomp gives more EXP than any other Pokemon you can battle in the game, so it will be worthwhile knocking it out if you can muster it.
There aren't too many glaring weaknesses on her team now that she's added a few Unova Pokemon. Braviary and Eelektross are two tough new additions. Both Spiritomb and Eelektross have no weaknesses at all, so be wary of that!
Beating Cynthia the "Lazy Way"
Cynthia's Pokemon all look pretty darn tough, don't they? Well, they are, but thanks to the Pokemon she starts with, there's a Pokemon you can catch that can make all the difference in the world when it comes down to taking Cynthia out.
The Volcarona you catch in the Relic Castle is at level 70 and knows the moves Quiver Dance, Silver Wind, Heat Wave, and Bug Buzz by default. Quiver Dance raises Volcarona's Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Speed by one stage. It's recommended that you switch Heat Wave for Flamethrower, which can be picked up from the Abundant Shrine. That's because you really do not want Volcarona to miss against Cynthia's other Pokemon and Heat Wave has a 10% chance of missing.
Spiritomb loves to start with Double Team, which there is little that can be done to avoid that, but don't let that bother you. Go ahead and let it while you set up with 6 Quiver Dances. Since its Will-O-Wisp attack has no effect against Volcarona, Sucker Punch won't hit you while using Quiver Dance, and Shadow Ball will do less and less damage with every Quiver Dance you use, you'll easily be able to max out Volcarona's Sp. Atk, Speed, and even Sp. Def. If you've got an X Defend or two lying around, you might want to use them, just in case you find yourself low on HP and Lucario uses ExtremeSpeed.
Once you've set up the Quiver Dance, keep spamming Bug Buzz, Heat Wave, or Flamethrower against her Pokemon. Here's what you should use against each of her Pokemon:
Against...
- Spiritomb, use Bug Buzz or Heat Wave/Flamethrower.
- Also, remember to save at least 3 PP of Bug Buzz and 3 PP of Heat Wave/Flamethrower, keeping in mind that Spiritomb has Pressure.
- Milotic, use Bug Buzz.
- Eelektross, use either Bug Buzz or Flamethrower.
- Braviary, use Flamethrower or Heat Wave.
- Lucario, use Flamethrower or Heat Wave.
- Garchomp, use Bug Buzz.
Unless you get extremely unlucky with a miss on Heat Wave (told you you should have used Flamethrower), you'll OHKO all of her Pokemon without so much as a scratch on you. The only variable is Lucario, who might use ExtremeSpeed to hit you before you attack. Barring a critical hit, you should survive given you have enough HP, although that's why the X Defends are helpful if you have them available.
After you've beaten her, you don't get much of anything other than the personal satisfaction of taking out the Sinnoh League Champion. During spring, you can rebattle her here once a day. In the spring and summer, she'll also reappear here, but may also bring guests along with her, such as some of the Gym Leaders and Elite Four, although they won't battle you.
Anyway, moving further to the west, there are a few empty houses. Not sure if anyone goes in them later, but it might just be because the weather is so nice or something. To the far west is a big resort sort of thing with a kid outside of it. Talk to him and answer yes to his question and the School Kid will challenge you to a fight with his Buizel L60.
After beating him, he'll guide you inside of that mansion, showing you a little bit of the place. His dad is over to the west and he is a collector of rare artifacts. What sorts of rare artifacts, you ask? Well, the kind you can find by diving underwater, that's what kind! You'll want to talk to him and give him any of the ancient artifacts you find while diving; he'll buy them for a premium price!
You'll be able to return every day afterwards to take on more of The Riches' family, with each having progressively stronger Pokemon — as well as giving progressively more money when you win against them! Make sure you have your Amulet Coin equipped when taking them on.
Before you get too excited about selling some treasure, there's a nice chunk of treasure you can pick up right outside of the mansion. Just to the right of the mansion, behind some hedges, is a Big Nugget, a very, very valuable hunk of gold that can be sold to the man in the Icirrus City Pokemon Center for some massive cash!
Summertime for Munchlax!

During the summer months (February, June, and October), you can stop by one of the houses near the big mansion and trade a guy inside a Cinccino for a hard-to-obtain Munchlax. Munchlax are a rarity in the Unova region, so this might be your only chance to get one, shy of trading or using the Poke Transfer! However you'll need to either do a lot of searching in rustling grass for a Cinccino or use a Shiny Stone on a Minccino you have in order to get one, so it's still not the easiest trade in the world to do. Still worth it, though!
Now you have two choices as to where you want to go from here. There's Undella Bay off to the east of the Pokemon Center, which requires Surf and Dive and all that stuff. That's where you can find some treasure to make an obscene amount of money, as well as acquire the different type Plates for Arceus (or even just to boost your Pokemon's moves power). It's more of an optional place to visit. Then there's Route 13 to the north, which is more or less the actual path to proceed further in the post-game, or least bring you closer to your next legendary Pokemon.
