From the start of the route, head on over to the left and you'll be able to fight a PKMN Breeder. He's got a Ducklett L34 and a Tranquill L34. As with any PKMN Breeder, he'll rebattle you if you leave the area (or enter a building). Over in the tall grass, you can fight a Youngster in aRotation Battle. He's got a Stoutland L33 and two Deerling L33. In the corner of the grass he's by is a Zinc and a Foongus L36 masquerading as a Poke Ball!
Inside of the house over to the northwest is a Hiker that will trade you a Gigalith for anEmolga. Emolga can be pretty tricky to find, but it's still a great trade, because it's at level 35 and makes for a fierce addition to your team.
Right near the house is a Hidden Grotto.

To the east of that house is a Lass who'll fight you in a Triple Battle. She uses an Unfezant L33 (in the middle) and then two Ducklett L33 (on the left and right).

Go north and you'll find a Nursery Aide using a CleffaL34 and a Cinccino L34. Just north of her is aPreschooler running around. He uses a Sunflora L34. To the west of him is a Leaf Stone, which can be used to several different Grass-type Pokemon. Further north, you'll start to see the Celestial Tower, although there's also a Foongus L36 sitting out in the option, once again disguised as a Poke Ball.
To the east of the tower is another Preschooler, although this one uses a Darumaka L34. Just past her is an Elixir.
Alright, the Celestial Tower is obviously to the north, but there's also a hidden TinyMushroombehind it. If you want, you can check out the Celestial Tower right now, but there's still more to do on Route 7!
Head on east of the Nursery Aide and across the platform over to a house. Inside the house, you can talk to the lady watching TV to have her heal your Pokemon. Additionally, you can talk to the old guy and he'll show you pictures of Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus, which counts them as being seen in your Pokedex.
There's a Revive hiding in the rock just outside of the house, but otherwise head east. As you climb the steps, you'll receive a call on your Xtransceiver from your mom. There's some Twinsyou can fight in a Double Battle nearby. They use a Zangoose L33 and a Seviper L33.

The Harlequin spinning around like a crazy man on the platform uses a Baltoy L35. Just past him is TM81 (X-Scissor), which is a pretty nice 80 power Physical-based Bug-type attack that a lot of your Bug-type Pokemon (or others!) may appreciate.
Head north and you can fight another Harlequin; this one uses a Baltoy L35 as well.
If you keep heading north, you'll find Twist Mountain, but the entrance to it is being blocked off by Marshal from the Elite Four. You won't be able to go through there until after you've become a Pokemon League Champion. Oh well.
Now's a perfect time to head on back to the Celestial Tower! Make sure to heal up your Pokemon in the house on your way back.
